ΑʹAbout these terms

These terms govern your use of celsitudostudio.com (the "site"), run by Celsitudo Studio ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our apps are not covered by these terms. Each app is governed by its own terms and, when downloaded from the App Store, by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless that app says otherwise.

ΒʹUsing the site

You may browse, read and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t:

• break the law or anyone else’s rights while using it;
• try to hack, overload, disrupt or probe the site or its hosting;
• scrape or copy it in bulk, or use its content to train AI models, without our written permission;
• pretend to be us or suggest we endorse you.

ΓʹOur content

The site’s text, design, illustrations, animations, code, logos and app names belong to Celsitudo Studio or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reuse them without our written permission, except for fair quotation with a link back.

Some elements draw on ancient Greek art, myths and words that are in the public domain. Our own drawings and arrangements of them are still ours.

The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, Mac and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Other names belong to their owners.

ΔʹApps in development

Apps described as "in development", "in design" or "coming soon", and any demos on the site, show work in progress. Names, features, platforms, prices and dates may change, and an app may never be released. Nothing on the site is a promise to release a product or feature.

Prices and availability for released apps are set on the App Store and may differ by country.

ΕʹEmail updates

Signing up for updates is free and optional. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email or by writing to [email protected]. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your address. You must be 18 or older to sign up.

ϚʹIdeas and feedback

We love hearing ideas, and we invite them on this site. To keep things fair for everyone, please understand that:

• we may already be working on something similar, or start later, independently of your suggestion;
• by sending an idea or feedback, you allow us to use it freely, without payment or credit, and you confirm you have the right to share it;
• we can’t treat anything you send as confidential, so please don’t send trade secrets, unreleased work or anything you need to protect.

ΖʹLinks to other sites

The site links to sites we don’t control, such as the App Store. We aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

ΗʹNo warranty

We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be error-free or always available.

ΘʹLimitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you for anything relating to the site is limited to INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

ΙΑʹLaw and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please write to [email protected] first; most things can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that can’t be resolved goes to the courts of India, unless the law of your own country gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.
