Privacy policy
The short version: no cookies, no accounts, no tracking. If you join our email list we keep your address only to tell you about launches, and you can leave whenever you like.
ΑʹWho we are
This website, celsitudostudio.com, is run by Celsitudo Studio, an independent software studio based in India ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
Questions, requests or complaints about your data go to [email protected]. That address also acts as our point of contact for grievances under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This policy covers the website only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store page.
ΒʹWhat we collect
We collect as little as we can. You can browse the whole site without giving us anything.

We do not ask for your name, we do not run accounts, and we never collect payment details on this site.
ΓʹCookies and tracking
We don’t set any cookies. We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, social media plugins or session recording. The site doesn’t store anything in your browser’s local storage either.
Our fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn’t send your IP address to Google or any other third party.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance) if it sees traffic that looks automated. These cookies exist only to keep the site safe and available, don’t identify you, and can’t be used to track you across sites. Because they are strictly necessary, they don’t require consent.
ΔʹThe email list
Joining is optional. We’ll only email you about our own apps: launches, major updates and the occasional behind-the-scenes note. We won’t send you anyone else’s marketing.
- Confirming: we may ask you to confirm your address with a single click, so nobody can sign you up without your knowledge.
- Leaving: every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to [email protected]. Either way, you stop receiving emails right away and we delete your address from the list within 30 days.
- Age: the list is for people aged 18 or over. If you’re under 18, please don’t sign up. If we learn that a child has joined, we’ll delete their address.
ΕʹWhy we’re allowed to use it
We rely on your consent for the email list. You give it by submitting the sign-up form, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing. Withdrawing doesn’t affect emails we sent before.
For the technical data our host processes, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website running and secure.
When you email us, we use your message to reply, which is also a legitimate interest, or a step you asked us to take.
ϚʹWho else sees it
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising. Only these service providers handle it for us, under contracts that bind them to protect it:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
- Our email delivery provider stores the sign-up list and sends our emails. We will name the provider here before the sign-up form goes live.
- Our email inbox provider holds messages you send us.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order.
ΖʹWhere it’s stored
Our providers run servers in many countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live, including outside India, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and we transfer data only to countries the Indian government hasn’t restricted.
ΗʹHow long we keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with your message, and no more than two years after our last exchange.
- Technical data: kept by Cloudflare for a short period under its own retention policy.
ΘʹYour rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it if it’s wrong;
- delete it;
- stop using it, or withdraw your consent;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to (India).
Write to [email protected]. We’ll reply within 30 days and won’t charge you. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from the owner of the address.
If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority: the Data Protection Board of India, the authority in your EU country, or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. California residents: we don’t sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.
ΙʹSecurity
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections with strict security headers. We keep the email list with a provider that encrypts data in transit and at rest, and we limit access to it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
ΙΑʹChanges to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, for example a new kind of data or a new purpose, we’ll tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
